Click on the “Sell Your Business” button in the top right of the page and determine whether you’re selling a business, a business franchise or a business opportunity. Click on one of these three classifications, sign-up for a pricing plan and complete the required fields. Remember that the more complete your listing, the more likely you are to attract suitable buyers.
The business listings are grouped into whole businesses, franchised or opportunities. Click on Resources/Opportunities to read more about the difference between these three. Each listing is also classified according to its industry, e.g. Agriculture, Engineering, Manufacturing.
On the home page, under “Find Businesses For Sale”, you can complete the “Looking for…” field and click on the Search button.
Yes, the pricing plans are determined based on the time that you want your listing to be active and can be selected once you’ve selected a business classification (business or franchise or opportunity) in the “Sell Your Business” section.
Contact between the buyer and the seller of a business will be managed by business247 once you’ve expressed your interest.
Definitely. Once you’re registered and logged in and have clicked on a business that interests you, look for the Save button click on it, the heart will turn from grey to red and the listing will be saved to your profile.
Business247 will receive an email notification to indicate that you are interested in buying the particular business. At the same time, you will receive a confirmation email.
Business247 will review your enquiry and inform the seller of your interest and make sure that you get connected.
Once this initial contact has been established, you and the seller can commence due diligence and discussions.
